Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced it has acquired Miller-Harrison Insurance Services in Muscatine, Iowa. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1919, Miller-Harrison is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property/casualty, risk management consulting and personal lines insurance services to clients throughout the Midwest.
Michael Harrison, Jeffrey Miller and their associates will continue to operate in Muscatine under the direction of Michael Pesch, head of Gallagher’s Midwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, is headquartered in Itasca, Ill.
