Chicago-based Hendricks Holding Company Inc. formed American Westbrook Insurance Services LLC. American Westbrook has acquired the assets of Westbrook Financial Services Inc., an employee benefits provider based in the Chicago area.
American Westbrook will continue operating from its Elmhurst, Illinois, location.
American Westbrook is a national insurance agency that creates, sells, and manages employee benefits products for businesses throughout the country.
