Toledo, Ohio-based agency has acquired Dobson-McOmber Agency to form Hylant of Ann Arbor. Steve Dobson, owner of Dobson-McOmber Agency, will retain an ownership in and serve as president of the Hylant of Ann Arbor operations.
John Hindle will retain his equity position and serve as senior vice president of the Hylant of Ann Arbor operations. Dobson-McOmber Agency is one of Southeast Michigan’s largest independent insurance and risk management firms, offering a full line of property/casualty and life/health insurance to businesses and individuals. It has been a part of the Ann Arbor business landscape for more than 100 years.
