Birmingham, Mich.-based real estate insurance brokerage Kelter-Alliant Insurance Services announced today the relocation of its offices to 101 Southfield Rd., Birmingham, Mich., 48009. The new headquarters building for Kelter-Alliant is a landmark property, located at the gateway to the city. The phone number remains the same, (248) 540-3131.
The move reflects the growth of Kelter-Alliant and its ProQuest Insurance division, as it moves into its own building with 13,000 square feet of space. Kelter-Alliant employs 41 people in its Birmingham office.
Kelter-Alliant also has offices in Chicago and London and is a nationally known provider of insurance and risk management services to the real estate industry, serving developers, property managers, owners and contractors.
