Columbus, Ohio-based Title First Agency Inc., a leading title insurance agency and real estate information company with offices throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia, announced the launch of , a full-service independent property/casualty insurance agency offering both personal and commercial insurance services from multiple companies.
Headquartered in Columbus, Insurance First will offer personal insurance services such as homeowners and auto, and commercial insurance services such as property and liability, commercial umbrellas and builder’s risk.
Insurance First said in a statement that it has relationships with multiple superior-rated carriers, including Fireman’s Fund, Chubb, Westfield and Safeco.
Insurance First will focus initially on Title First’s clientele. Buyers closing with Title First will be offered the services of sister company Insurance First as a value-add. President Dean Henry, who came to Title First in mid-2003 to build and launch the new company, said that a significant percentage of Title First customers are choosing to obtain their homeowners coverage through Insurance First.
Title First CEO George Henry incorporated Insurance First Agency in 1988, though the company was not fully operational until this year.
