Glenview, Ill.-based Combined Insurance Co. has hired James Hom as its new chief financial officer.
Hom brings over 20 years of financial management and insurance experience to the global life, health and senior products insurer. In his most recent position, he served as the senior vice president of strategic growth and development for CIGNA Corp. of Philadelphia.
Hom’s progressive financial career is impressive, including various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a senior leader of The St. Paul Cos. Hom received his MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
