New Concept Insurance Agency of Vermillion, S.D., was purchased by Community First Insurance Inc., an affiliate of Community First Bankshares Inc. New Concept was started in 1981 by Rich Job and focuses on commercial, personal and farm insurance products.
Community First Insurance Inc. offers value-added products in 45 locations representing communities in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
According to Job, the opportunity to merge with a larger organization will allow clients the opportunity to have access to more financial services through Community First.
