Top quartile Lloyd’s Syndicate 1225, managed by AEGIS Managing Agency Ltd. (AEGIS London), is moving to a new office to accommodate its growing number of employees.
The office, which will open fully once COVID restrictions are eased, is located on the first and second floors of 25 Fenchurch Avenue, close to the Lloyd’s building. AEGIS London’s new office will accommodate AEGIS London’s increasing number of employees with the potential to expand this as the business grows.
“Having outgrown our premises at 33 Gracechurch Street, we’ve been looking for a contemporary base with space for agile working and collaboration areas. Office life after COVID-19 will not be the same, so our new office has been designed with employees’ wellbeing front of mind and flexible technology to support new working patterns. It also features a larger broker zone than we’ve had previously,” said Marianne Harvey, chief operating officer, AEGIS London.
AEGIS London’s former 150-person office at 33 Gracechurch Street has now been vacated. The business is donating its old office furniture to a range of schools in London.
