U.S.-based global insurance broker Hub International Limited has acquired Elevate Insurance Brokers, a property/casualty independent insurance agency based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada.
Pierce Krol, president, and Otilja Majewski, partner, at Elevate Insurance, will join Hub International Insurance Brokers, a division of Hub International Canada West ULC and report to Doug Lyall, chief sales officer and vice president of the region.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hub International is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
