Everest Insurance announced the appointment of Sujal Patel as the UK Head of Transactional Risk for Everest Global Markets, which includes Everest Insurance Ireland, dac. and Lloyd’s Syndicate 2786.

Patel brings more than a decade of industry experience to Everest, all in the transactional risk, M&A, and underwriting space. Most recently, Patel worked at ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Europe Ltd., ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ UK Ltd., and ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Europe S.A. as an M&A manager.

Prior to this, Patel worked as a legal counsel at Hyperion Insurance Group Ltd. Previously, Patel held an associate, trainee solicitor and paralegal position at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP.

Patel is a graduate of The College of Law, Moorgate and The University of Leicester. He has also served as chair of the Resource Committee at the Peartree Primary School, Welwyn Garden City.
