North P&I Club has further strengthened its specialist cargo claims team with the appointment of David Richards as deputy director, Cargo.
Richards, formerly a partner with Ince & Co and a Legal 500 recommended dispute resolution lawyer, is a specialist in commercial shipping and trade and brings a range of experience with commodities, bill of lading and charter party contracts.
Richards regularly lectures on shipping and trade law, as well as on litigation and arbitration generally, and has a special interest in Japan and the Asia Pacific region.
