Skuld, the Oslo, Norway-based marine insurance provider, announced the recruitment of Paul Fry and Sarah Wilson to Skuld’s Lloyd’s Syndicate 1897, the specialist marine and energy syndicate.
Fry joins as deputy active underwriter and class underwriter for hull, and Wilson as senior underwriter. They will join Skuld later in 2016.
Prior to joining Skuld 1897, Fry was head of marine hull at Aspen Insurance, having begun his career in Commercial Union Group’s ocean marine underwriting room. Fry is also a serving member of the joint hull committee. Wilson also joins from Aspen Insurance where she served as senior underwriter and is a member of the navigating limits sub-committee.
