CNA Hardy has appointed Andy Clements as distribution director, Europe. He will report to Elliot Miller, head of UK regions and Luc Mal芒tre, VP field operations.
Clements will be responsible for building effective and long lasting strategic relationships with broker partners, while developing a cohesive distribution strategy across CNA Hardy in Europe, the company said.
Before joining CNA Hardy, Clements worked at Travelers as general manager, distribution and agency, for Europe. He was responsible for developing and delivering a distribution strategy that supported strategic growth goals across the UK and Ireland and Lloyd’s business units.
With 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, he has a deep working knowledge across platforms and geographies as well as a strong track record of delivering results and working collaboratively both internally and externally.
Elliot Miller, head of UK regions, said: “Building stronger and deeper relationships is a strategic priority across our organization. Andy’s appointment illustrates our commitment to developing our relationships locally as well as to building scale outside of the UK.”
