JLT Reinsurance Brokers Limited (JLT Re) announced the appointment of Stuart Beatty as Managing Director, Asia Pacific (APAC), JLT Re Fac.
Alistair Lockhart-Smith, Managing Director, welcomed Beatty to JLT Re as part of its imitative to expand its international team. He noted that the “appointment demonstrates JLT Re’s continuing focus on our international reach and relevance.” He added that his addition would “increase our presence and market share as we continue to broaden our reinsurance offering”.
Beatty has brings over 20 years of reinsurance experience to the role and has an excellent industry reputation. Stuart was previously Executive Managing Director of Aon Benfield Fac APAC.
He indicated that JLT Re has opportunities for growth in the APAC region. It has “experienced continued success in high growth economies and this creates an excellent platform for continued success,” he added.
