London-based Miller Insurance Services Limited has appointed Alessandro Noce to their programs and facilities unit in an initiative to expand their binding authority business in Europe.

CEO Graham Clarke noted that Miller has a “strong market reputation” in the field in the U.S. and is seeking “to extend the same expertise to grow our European portfolio.”
Noce previously worked for Inter Hannover’s agency business as their Italian representative. He will work closely with Jonathan Sale and Miller’s European steering group on this initiative.
