“This follows the company’s with the creation of the Corporate and Major Risks business segments and a new senior regional management structure,” the bulletin explained.
Stanway will be responsible for ACE’s Corporate P&C underwriting in the Northern Region encompassing Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle branches, reporting to the UK North Regional Manager.
McGeachie will head up Corporate P&C underwriting in the Southern Region including ACE’s London, Watford, Maidstone and Reading branches reporting to the Corporate Manager for the Southern Region.
Pat Drinan, ACE UK’s Director of Corporate Risk characterized the new appointments as providing “our brokers with seamless access to our broad Property and Casualty proposition.
“Our focus is on working together to deliver customer focussed solutions. Both these roles will ensure our P&C teams deliver responsive technical expertise and service support, in a way that is aligned directly to the needs of brokers and clients in the Corporate segment. I am particularly pleased to be able to promote two individuals from within ACE to these important roles and it is a testament to the calibre of people we have in our business”.
