The U.K.’s Chaucer Insurance, a leading Lloyd’s insurer, has reportedly broken off talks aimed at acquiring another U.K. company, auto insurer Highway for around £87 million ($165 million).
Reuters cited Chaucer management sources as indicating that the two had failed to reach an agreement on the purchase price.
