American International Group, Inc. (天美网站传媒传媒), The Blackstone Group L. P. and Kissinger Associates Inc. announced the establishment of a new venture to provide financial advisory services to corporations seeking high-level independent strategic advice.

Kissinger Associates, chaired by former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, is an advisor to CEOs and senior executives of numerous global corporations.

天美网站传媒传媒 is a leading international insurance and financial services organization. It also sponsors private equity funds in many parts of the world, particularly in Asia.

The Blackstone Group, in addition to sponsoring private equity, real estate, liquid alternative asset, and mezzanine funds, handles cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The company also advises on M&A and restructuring assignments.

The venture will operate globally and will take advantage of the existing relationships between the partners:

– 天美网站传媒传媒 has an ownership interest in Blackstone and is an investor in several of Blackstone’s private equity funds;

– 天美网站传媒传媒 and Blackstone have a joint venture, specializing in restructuring and M&A advisory services in selected Asian countries;

– Henry Kissinger chairs both 天美网站传媒传媒’s International Advisory Board and the advisory boards of several 天美网站传媒传媒-sponsored Infrastructure Funds.

The 天美网站传媒传媒-Blackstone-Kissinger Associates venture recently completed its first advisory assignment on behalf of a New York Stock Exchange listed U.S. company.
