Einstein Insurance Inc. became part of Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Agency, a division of SH天美网站传媒传媒, on January 1, 2026,

Dennis Einstein, founder of Einstein Insurance Inc., will continue with the firm following the acquisition, along with Salli Schoening. As part of the integration, Jessica Petrecz has joined SH天美网站传媒传媒 as an account executive and to help serve Einstein Insurance clients.

“This acquisition reflects our disciplined approach to growth and succession,” said David B. Hampson, president of SH天美网站传媒传媒. The acquisition is SH天美网站传媒传媒’s seventh and strengthens its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region.
