Risk Strategies, headquartered in Boston, appointed Josh Conklin as national employee benefits growth leader and senior managing director.
Conklin joined Risk Strategies in 2019 through the acquisition of National Insurance Consulting Group (NICG), an employee benefits and human capital consulting firm. At NICG, Conklin served as president and chief revenue officer. After joining Risk Strategies, Conklin was tapped in 2022 to be employee benefits Atlantic regional growth leader.
Edwards Joins Alliant in New York
Tim Edwards joined Alliant Insurance Services, based in Irvine, California, as senior vice president, Alliant Specialty, within the company’s real estate and hospitality specialty vertical. Based in New York, Edwards will focus on placing and servicing large property risks, including complex shared and layered programs.
Edwards previously served as senior vice president鈥擶est Coast property leader for a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Prior to becoming a broker, Edwards began his career in property underwriting.
