McConkey Insurance & Benefits, a locally owned independent insurance agency based in York, Pennsylvania, announced its recent acquisition of Gallen Insurance Agency, located in Berks County.
According to Michael Harter, president and CEO of McConkey, the acquisition of expands McConkey’s geographic footprint and reinforces its mission to serve neighboring communities.
Gallen Insurance Agency has served Berks County since 1957. The McConkey agency was founded in 1890.
