Grohs Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance reports that it acquired Wings Agency of Hainesport, New Jersey on December 22, 2022.
Wings Agency was founded by Hobart “Bud” Montee over half a century ago. His daughter, Jenny Heins, took over the firm and served as its president until her recent passing. Prior to her death, she selected Schrager Hampson Aviation to carry on her family’s legacy, according to the company.
Along with the acquisition of Wings Agency, Schrager Hampson has added an additional office in Lumberton at the South Jersey Regional Airport.
Grohs Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance is a division of the Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Group of companies. Grohs Schrager Hampson Aviation is a father-son partnership headquartered in Bedford, Mass., with other offices in New Hampshire and Connecticut. It offers insurance for private, corporate, and commercial aircraft and aviation operations, airports and unmanned aircraft and drones.
