Effective October 1, 2021, Butler & Messier successfully closed on the final purchase of the Alpine Insurance Agency. Additionally, on December 1, 2021, Butler & Messier acquired Capuano Insurance Agency.
With the addition of these two agencies, Butler & Messier is bolstering its Cranston and Kent County presence. The most recent acquisitions allow Butler & Messier to expand its service offerings even further.
Alpine Insurance Agency has provided home, auto and business insurance coverage for more than 65 years. It brings decades of experience designing personalized insurance packages throughout the region.
Capuano Insurance Agency, a family-run business, has provided customized insurance service and products to the people and businesses of Cranston since 1954.
Butler & Messier Insurance offers personal, commercial and life insurance lines for families and businesses in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. With locations in Pawtucket and Cranston, Butler & Messier represents 30 insurance companies nationwide.
