Covenir, a Worcester, Mass.-based insurance business process outsourcing firm, has hired Robert Guarino as its national sales manager.
In this role, Guarino will develop relationships and service agreements with insurers and managing general agencies striving to scale their businesses without adding internal infrastructure.
Guarino was chosen for this role based on his experience with insurance and technology companies. He brings nearly 20 years of experience to the position.
Covenir was founded in 2015 and delivers technology-enabled insurance outsourcing services in six areas: first notice of loss/claims, customer support, premium services, underwriting support, product sales and print/virtual mail room.
