Williams & Williams Inc. of Smithtown, N.Y., has joined AssuredPartners. The staff of four, led by Glenn Williams, currently reports $1.2 million in annualized revenues.
The partnership will strengthen AssuredPartners’ New York operations as it continues to expand its services and grow throughout the region, said Tom Riley, AssuredPartners President and Chief Operating Officer, in a company press release.
Headquartered in Lake Mary, Fla., and led by Jim Henderson and Tom Riley, AssuredPartners Inc. acquires and invests in insurance brokerage businesses in the property and casualty, employee benefits, surety and managing general underwriter space across the U.S. and in England.
