Hub International Limited (Hub), a global insurance brokerage, has acquired the assets of Insurance Center of New England Inc. (ICNE). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With locations in Agawam and Gardner, Mass., ICNE is a locally owned, independent insurance agency in New England. It provides full-service insurance solutions for personal insurance, business insurance and group employee benefits.
Bill Trudeau, president and CEO of ICNE, will join Hub New England and report to Timm Marini, president of Personal Lines at Hub New England.
