Activer Solutions, a Marlborough, Mass.-based, strategic service partner providing business process outsourcing to the property and casualty insurance industry, has appointed Ernie Feirer as chief marketing officer.
This new role reflects the company’s preparation for growth, expansion of partnerships and new services and capabilities, according to a company press release.
In the role of chief marketing officer, Feirer will oversee the strategy for all aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, partnerships and growth initiatives.
Feirer has more than 25 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Before joining Activer Solutions, Feirer was vice president and general manager of Commercial Insurance for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he was responsible for a portfolio of products and services for the commercial insurance market.
In his previous role at LexisNexis, Feirer served as vice president and general manager of Claims, where he played the central role in building a claims-focused business to complement LexisNexis’ data and underwriting business.
Before LexisNexis, he was responsible for the operations of ISO’s claims data and analytics business.
