Conner Strong & Buckelew, an insurance, risk management and employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm duel headquartered in Marlton, N.J., and Philadelphia, Penn., has opened a Boston, Mass., office.
This move serves as the firm’s seventh office and furthers the firm’s strategy of organic growth in key metropolitan areas in industries it serves.
“As we explored opportunities to grow our geographic footprint, Boston emerged as a perfect fit for us,” said Michael Tiagwad, president and CEO of Conner Strong & Buckelew, in a company press release. “Not only is Boston a city with robust businesses across all types of industries, it’s a growing mecca for the life sciences industry, and new growth is sparking many construction and development projects.”
Business development and operations of the new office will be managed jointly by managing directors, senior vice presidents and life science and technology co-practice leaders, Daniel S. Brettler and Timothy Gosnear. Both Brettler and Gosnear will split their time between Conner Strong’s offices in Philadelphia, Parsippany, N.J., and Boston going forward.
