World Insurance Associates LLC, an independent insurance agency based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, announced its acquisition of Bux-Mont Agency Ltd. in Southampton, Pennsylvania. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1986, Bux-Mont Agency is a personal lines agency serving the Bucks County and surrounding regions in eastern Pennsylvania. The agency has 1,500 personal lines customers, the announcement said. Bux-Mont Agency’s principals Bill Eller and Ron Heimbach and the firm’s three employees will relocate to World Insurance Associates’ Feasterville, Pennsylvania, location.
World Insurance Associates offers personal and business insurance services, specializing in insurance for transportation companies, the hospitality industry, coastal properties, and high net worth individuals. World Insurance Associates serves more than 10,000 customers from 11 offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and places more than $70 million per year in annual premiums.
