Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B), a tri-state trade organization based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hired John Angstadt as business development specialist and Cheryl Shiffer as professional lines account manager for its Sales Center.
Angstadt comes to IA&B with 13 years of experience as a commercial insurance producer with a focus on for-profit and not-for-profit E&O and D&O coverage.
Shiffer has 39 years of experience with Central Pennsylvania-based insurance agencies, most recently with Professional Liability Agency in Harrisburg, Penn. She is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of CPCU.
The IA&B Sales Center provides independent agencies with E&O, cyber liability, umbrella, and employment practices liability insurance policies.
The IA&B provides professional training, government affairs work, agency tool development, communications, and carrier and legal advocacy. The IA&B is a partnership of three agents’ associations: The Delaware Association of Insurance Agents & Brokers Inc.; The Insurance Agents & Brokers of Maryland Inc.; and The Insurance Agents & Brokers of Pennsylvania Inc.
