According to Eric S. Poe, chief litigation and marketing officer of NJ PURE, NJ PURE’s policies are now backed by Liberty Mutual, which underscores NJ PURE’s reputation as a physician advocate.
NJ PURE is a not-for-profit reciprocal exchange entering its 12th year of business and expects this agreement to further its growth significantly. NJ PURE is a medical professional liability insurance provider headquartered in Princeton, N.J. and founded during the medical malpractice crisis in 2002 by James J. Sheeran, a former state insurance commissioner, and Lena Chang, PhD an insurance actuary and expert.
