Irving Weber Associates Inc. (IWA Inc.) appointed Sharon Handel as account executive. In her new role, she will focus on dry cleaning insurance and commercial launderer insurance services.
Handel brings six years of experience in the commercial insurance industry to Irving Weber Associates. She will be an account executive handling several active dry cleaners insurance accounts in the Eastern region. She will also be solely responsible for offering pollution coverage to the fabric care industry nationally.
Founded in 1946, Ronkonkoma, N.Y.-based Irving Weber Associates is a full-service program administrator specializing in the design, marketing and underwriting of niche industry insurance solutions. In addition to its signature dry cleaners program, IWA is also a specialized insurance provider for coin-operated laundromats, convenience stores, office product retailers and grocery stores and restaurants.
