Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon plc, recently announced the additions of Christian Wise as senior vice president and Karen Cangemi as vice president of the company’s New England Property Practice. Both Wise and Cangemi are based in Aon Risk Solutions’ Boston office.

Wise brings more than 17 years of property experience to his new role. Prior to joining Aon, Wise served as senior vice president at Guy Carpenter, placing facultative reinsurance for local markets and worked for many years for Marsh as a property broker.

In her new position, Cangemi will utilize her 12 years of experience, which includes manufacturing, life science, and technology industry focuses, to structure, negotiate, and coordinate complex property programs. Most recently, Cangemi served as senior vice president and property and marine broker at William Gallagher Associates.

Previously, Cangemi also held brokerage and account management roles at International Insurance Group and Marsh.
