New York-based wholesale broker Russell Bond & Co. promoted Kim Thome to claims manager.
She will assist clients nationwide in understanding each insurer’s process and requirements for claim filing as well as procedures, legal issues, tracking and recording. Thome joined Russell Bond in January 2003 as technical assistant in the MGA department and was promoted to claims examiner in 2008.
