Monitor Liability Managers, LLC (Monitor) has introduced a new lawyers professional liability (LPL) insurance program in New Jersey. The LPL program provides liability protection for law firms [headquartered in New Jersey] with one or more attorneys and will be administered by USI Affinity. Coverage is provided by W. R. Berkley Corporation member companies Carolina Casualty Insurance Company and Nautilus Insurance Company, both of which are rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best Company.
