Berkley Net Underwriters has named Matthew McCue director of business development for the Mid-Atlantic region.
McCue will lead BerkleyNet’s efforts to expand its agency distribution in Connecticut, Virginia and Maryland. He succeeds Bruce Hayden, who has been named director of underwriting.
McCue has over 15 years of insurance experience, including underwriting, accounting, marketing and sales management, from carrier and retail agency operations.
Bruce Hayden joined BerkleyNet in early 2008 with responsibility for business development and underwriting. Both he and McCue will be based in BerkleyNet’s Woodbridge, Virginia headquarters.
