The family of a 19-year-old who died in a drunken driving accident is suing the hosts of a Madison party where the driver had been given alcohol.
The family of Kirsten Meyer, killed in a drunken driving crash after a 2007 house party, has filed suit against the party host and his parents.
The suit filed against 23-year-old Neal Gobrogge and his parents is for wrongful death and emotional distress.
Neal Gobrogge pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment in April, after police accused him of providing alcohol to minors at the August 2007 house party.
A party guest was 20-year-old Dennis Knapp of Clinton who was sentenced to five years in prison for drunken driving in the crash that killed Kirsten Meyer, his passenger.
