Vicky Pearson has been promoted to an underwriter at wholesale insurance broker Russell Bond & Co., Inc. in Buffalo, N.Y.

Pearson began her business career in customer service and administration in the financial services and communications industries. Her insurance career began with Russell Bond & Co., Inc. in 2002. In 2003, she was promoted to technical assistant in the binding authority department. Now she has been promoted to underwriter and chosen to form a new production team needed to meet the demands of growth.

In her position as underwriter, Pearson will be focused on providing casualty, property, package and excess liability coverages under the various binding authority agreements RBCO has in place.
