Jimcor Agencies has unveiled a new apartment program for New Jersey on its online system.
The program is designed for habitational risks with five to 15 apartment units in buildings of up to four stories. It can accommodate property values of up to $1 million with special form and replacement cost.
Jimcor also unveiled two endorsements to for homeowners: Water Backup and ID Fraud Expense Coverage. The Water Backup Coverage can be added onto a homeowner policy and has limits of up to $10,000 per occurrence. The Identity Theft Coverage has limits of up to $10,000 and will cover expenses incurred as a direct result of Identity Fraud.
