Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. reported the acquisition of Brokerage Professionals Inc. of Media, Pennsylvania. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1982, Brokerage Professionals Inc. (bpi) is a full-service retail insurance broker providing commercial property/casualty, workers’ compensation and risk management services as well as a wide range of employee benefit consulting/administration and brokerage services to their clients in the Northeast.
They specialize in the education, public entity, real estate, not-for-profit social services, construction, healthcare, and transportation industries with a focus on mid to large sized accounts. Patrick Larkin, Deidre Frederick, Susan Larkin and their associates will continue to operate in their Media, Pennsylvania location under the direction of Michael Golden, Northeastern Regional manager of Gallagher’s Brokerage Services Retail Division.
