The National Arbitration Forum has a new on-line application that will provide the text of arbitrator decisions issued in No-Fault Insurance Personal Injury Protection disputes in New Jersey. This addition to the program’s web service offers access to decision and award information for all those participating in PIP disputes.
According to Joe DiDonato, executive director of the N.J. no fault insurance program, NAF is assisting the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance in fulfilling the statutory requirement of public access to this information.
