Massachusetts-based Atlantic Benefit Services, part of The Atlantic Insurance Group has hired Michael Rodgers, Jr. as managing partner and employee benefits practice leader.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Rodgers gained more than 12 years of employee benefits experience holding senior consulting positions at Hays Companies, William Gallagher Associates and The Marsh & McLennan Companies.
In addition to his work at Atlantic, Rodgers is the former chairman of the Boston Board of Directors for the March Of Dimes and is actively involved with development of corporate programs for The Friends Of Boston’s Homeless Charitable Fund. He is also a frequent speaker on employee benefit issues.
