These products are customizable featuring the option to add additional covered services directly on the policy forms. Coverage for the insured’s own Web site activities is provided. Also, coverage is not just for the traditional materials such as print and audio but for new age materials such as digital code, masked works, scents, sounds, tastes or textures, as well. The Disseminator content (media) liability form addresses a media company’s traditional concerns including protection for confidential sources and newsgathering activities as well as providing E&O coverage. The E&O coverage built into the product is designed to address all of a media company’s covered services and is not limited to just their broadcast or published material.
Dollars: Policy limit $5 million. Minimum deductible is $2,500. Minimum premium is $1,500 to $2,500.
