subsidiaries of American International Group Inc. (ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½), has expanded its Excess Flood Coverage to 17 additional states across the country, bringing the total to 32 states nationwide. The coverage support insuredsin the event of catastrophic loss caused by flood. Aimed at homes with a replacement cost of greater than $1 million, the ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Private Client Group Excess Flood program provides high limits of capacity. The ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Private Client Group Program follows the policy provided by the NFIP, offering replacement cost coverage up to the amount specified on the individual policy for dwelling coverage; contents of the dwelling are insured based on an Actual Cash Value basis. As an added benefit, concurrent causation issues can be alleviated when the ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ Private Client Group Excess Flood Program is coupled with a homeowners policy from an ÌìÃÀÍøÕ¾´«Ã½´«Ã½ member company.
States Available: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Wyoming. More states are expected to be added in the near future.
