Now On-Demand!

Understanding how overall worker health and well-being affects workplace safety and risk has become an increasingly important issue for employers and their workers’ compensation insurance providers. While workers’ comp players recognize the importance of addressing total worker health during a worker’s recovery and return to work, there is more work that needs to be done. Many stakeholders have concerns that the current efforts to address behavioral health care needs of workers may be insufficient in today’s current work environment. This webinar will address the new reality of work and how that trend plays into the world of workers’ compensation.

What you will learn:

  1. How serious of a problem is workers’ stress and mental health today?
  2. How should employers respond and help?
  3. What are preventions, solutions, and interventions?
  4. What’s compensable and what’s not?

These are a few of the questions we will tackle in the upcoming webinar.
